Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a dynamic Korean martial art known for its emphasis on high kicks, fast strikes, and agile footwork. Our Taekwondo program is suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Through structured training sessions, students learn fundamental techniques, forms (poomsae), sparring (kyorugi), and board breaking. Taekwondo training promotes physical fitness, flexibility, balance, and self-discipline.
Hapkido
Hapkido is a traditional Korean martial art focused on practical self-defense techniques, joint locks, throws, and pressure point strikes. Our Hapkido program emphasizes fluidity, adaptability, and the integration of striking and grappling techniques. Students learn to defend against various attacks, including grabs, punches, and kicks, while developing confidence, situational awareness, and effective self-defense skills.
Self-Defense

Weapons Training
Weapons training offers students the opportunity to explore the ancient art of weapon mastery, enhancing focus, coordination, and tactical awareness. Our weapons training program covers a variety of traditional and modern weapons, including the bo staff, nunchaku, sword (kendo), and knife (kali/escrima). Students learn proper handling, striking techniques, forms, and partner drills under the guidance of skilled instructors, deepening their understanding of martial arts principles and historical weaponry.
